By incorporating OTP memory and sensors into analog circuits, it enables the control of voltage or current based on information from the sensors. Our VCSEL driver IC "PH1025LDBE" features a temperature compensation function that adjusts the bias current and modulation current to maintain a constant VCSEL output power that varies with temperature, by integrating OTP memory and a temperature sensor.
